Healthy Leadership
This training aims at supporting the participants in recognising and further developing their preferred ways of dealing with both everyday and challenging situations related to leadership positions. The participants will, thus, reflect on and train their respective skills for subsequent use in their individual everyday working environments.
Conflict strategies, aims and functions of conflict negotiations
We will take a closer look on the complex challenges staff in leadership positions face every day. From knowledge about health and stress management strategies to communication, conflict handling modes and negotiation skills – healthy leadership is a combination of different skills and knowledge of diverse aspects.
This workshop offers participants a framework for introspection concerning their own modes of handling situations and issues related to management tasks and, thus, represents an opportunity to further develop their personal approaches.
