After attending the seminar, the participants should have a basic understanding of gender and diversity and potential effects of stereotypes and biases in organizations. Likewise you should know methods and measures how to deal with potential biases and inequalities. The seminar aims at both personality-building aspects and the acquisition of competences for different functions in organizations.
