The individual coaching offers an accompanying and individually tailored support offer to explore together ways of their own career opportunities. Career perspectives at the university and outside of the university can be taken into consideration in order to give them assistance in the conscious decision for a personal career planning. In the foreground are the reflection and improvement of professional practice.
