Research Funding and Proposal Writing
Getting funding for research projects becomes more and more crucial for a research career at university. In this module an overview of the most important national and international funding organizations is presented. This will enable the participants to find a suitable source of funding for their own projects. Basic insights on prerequisites, dangers and strategic considerations to write a competitive project proposal are given and discussed. The focus is set on providing general rules for structuring a proposal and avoiding common mistakes.
