Self-Empowerment for PostDocs

Strengthening PostDocs - a staff group that makes a significant contribution to the research output of the university - is one of the university’s strategic goals. This commitment is set out in the PostDoc Charter and there are a number of accompanying structures to support PostDocs. 

In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how they can engage with the university environment to build good working conditions for themselves and receive the best possible support for their research and career while they are employed at the University of Graz.
