Career promotion for women* researchers
potenzialeFOKUS is a further education programme designed to support women in their scientific careers along the triad of ‘Competences - Networking - Coaching’. The flexible programme offers a combination of self-selected workshops and mandatory components that provide women* with essential know-how, practical tools and valuable networking opportunities
strategic approaches in career planning, assessment and development of professional priorities, academic organisation-related skills for everyday professional life, networking (focus depends on individually chosen workshops)
MANDATORY COMPONENTS
1. Workshop Strategic career planning for female* prae- or Strategic career planning for PostDocs or Treffpunkt Habil
2. Networking Networking Session (more information online soon), 19 march 2025, 12-4 pm
3. Coaching One individual coaching session (50 min)

Target group
female* PhD students and PostDocs, also for women* on career breaks due to care obligations
Procedure
Please register using the registration form. After your registration has been confirmed by us, attend the workshops. Coaching can only be accessed after successful completion of the other four components. Simply send the four certificates of participation to weiterbildung.gleichstellung(at)uni-graz.at. We will send you a list of our coaches (or retrieve it here) and you can arrange your individual appointment. Once the coaching has been completed, you will receive the potenzialeFOKUS Certificate.
